Abu Hanifa Judge Al- Numan Al- Timimi Al- Maghrbi died on ( 363 A.H/ 973 A.D) a distinguish scientist and distinguish personality in Al- Fatimia state, and he is a great preacher , and distinguish preacher in it , and he had participated in held bases of Ismaeeli thinking , which the basis of their state held on it.
His life connected strongly with Fatimia and their preaching he was in time of Judge Al-Numan caliph of Fatimia state since it held on ( 297 A.H/909 A.D) , and witness time of caliph Abdullah Al-Mahdi ( 279-322 A.H/909-934 A.D) , and Al- Qa’m ( 322- 334 A.H/ 934-945 A.D) and al- Mansour (334-441 A.H/945-952 A.D) then caliph Al-Muaz ( 341-365 A.H /952-975 A.D ) in Morocco until he transfer to Egypt.
In Egypt he handled responsibility of preaching and attending preachers council special beside public councils which was Al- Muaz Ldin Allah call for it and spread Fatimi thinking Al-Ismaeeli , and he handled position of preacher of preachers and join him position of Judge of Judges as it is most distinguish positions in Al-Fatimia state.
Effort of Judge Al-Numan wasn’t only on councils and views, but exceeded to dangerous from that when caliph Al- Muaz Ldin Allah process of keep Fatimi thinking and existence through writing and classification, and his writings became , but jurisprudence or religious and historical a main resource to know religion of Fatimia and held their state, and their writings included and classifications large space from message of what had big importance in any fields of Fatimi thinking and styles of Fatimi preaching and its preaching and ways of spread, in addition to management of Fatimi state and organize it and public and private life of their caliphs and their men.
